NetworkTours is the travel business unit of the firm Network and is 100% owned by them.
Payment and Terms for the Tours: We at NetworkTours display itineraries which are the most popular ones and indicate the price per passenger considering two passengers will travel and stay in 3 star hotels. However the prices may vary, up/down, depending upon the season. It is always recommended to discuss across / online and decide the itinerary based on the date of travel, no of adult passengers and children, with age, arrival/departure timings, type of hotel 2/3/4/5 star, cab / SIC (seat in couch) travel, type of hotel, food and interests/attractions etc. With this interaction, we assure you to get the best and most competitive deal. Travelers shall pay based on the quotation from NetworkTours / Network for the itinerary evolved out of discussions. On line payments can be made to book the tours in advance; however final package will be based on the written confirmations. Payments to be made in the name of “Network”. Vouchers: After payment, NetworkTours will send a confirmation / voucher by e-mail. This voucher has to be printed, as a proof of purchase, and will be presented to the service provider. All information regarding the travelers should be correctly given at the time of booking.All requests for modifications/amendments must be sent by email to email@example.com NetworkTours cannot be held responsible for any problem that may happen if you don’t receive or read carefully your confirmation / voucher. In case you have not received your voucher, you must notify NetworkTours at least 72 hours before the date of service.
Cancellations: Cancellation fee / refund (wherever not specified specifically) Except otherwise stated, Tour or package or any product cancelled is subjected to a cancellation fee according to the following terms:
- Cancellation and Refund of Air Tickets: The cancellation policy of Air lines will be applicable. Additionally, 5% of ticket value will be applicable as cancellation charges.
- Cancellation and Refund of Hotel bookings: The cancellation policy of respective Hotel will be applicable. Additionally, 8% of booking value will be applicable as cancellation charges.
- Cancellation and Refund of Tour product: The cancellation policy of respective Tour will be applicable. Additionally, 10% of Tour value will be applicable as cancellation charges.
Procedure to cancel a booking: Full cancellation of services previously confirmed by us must be followed by a confirmation of cancellation from us. NetworkTours / Network will not be responsible for any cancellation not received and not confirmed back to you and might debit the relative cancellation or no-show charges.
We protect the privacy of you as our client towards data / personal information and do not share with anyone other than those who are associated with your bookings with us. It is necessary to share the personal data for air tickets, hotel bookings, and tours, feedback surveys by email, phone and letter. We may use your e mails for getting feedback of the tours taken by you in order to improve our services. We may use your data for our analysis and improvements in our offerings. We never share your data of credit cards to anyone except for booking hotel / air tickets / tours / transfers in case your credit card is used.
Disclaimer: NetworkTours / Network and its employees stand no responsibility in the following eventualities: Cancellation of flights / sight-seeing / attractions / transport arrangement due to the reasons beyond our control. The liability of NetworkTours / Network and web site is limited. NetworkTours act only as an agent for the passengers in all functions pertaining to tours, attractions, hotel reservations and accommodations, restaurants, meals and services, sightseeing tours and transportation of whatever nature, and assumes no liability for injury, loss, damage, accident, delay or inconveniences which may occur either by reason of defect, or as acts of government or other civil authorities (war, civil disturbances, strikes, etc.) or from any cause beyond our control. NetworkTours / Network shall accept no responsibility for the loss or additional expenses due to delay or changes in schedule or other causes. NetworkTours and its suppliers reserve the right to vary itineraries in order to improve each tour, to the tour members’ enjoyment and advantage. NetworkTours and its suppliers reserve the right to cancel or rescheduled any tour departure in accordance with operation requirements.
Health, Passport, & Visas: Each customer has to check that he has the appropriate travel documents for his journey especially if he booked tours, packages or transfers including flight or visit of a country different from the country of departure. He has to own and bring a passport (with visa if necessary) or a valid ID card. No refund will be granted in case of lack or loss of ID documents.
Restrictions: Smoking on board coaches is strictly forbidden. The Tour members have to follow the rules of dress code, consumption of alcohol, smoking etc. as per the respective locations as given by the respective destinations / local websites / hotels / attractions.
Luggage: Each airline declares for each sector what is the luggage allowed per person. Tour members must comply with those restrictions. It is highly recommended to carry very light luggage, say one small hand bag per member in order to enjoy the tour to the fullest.
Complaints: NetworkTours / Network acts as a mediating entity between clients and local tour operators. In the unlikely event that you were not satisfied with your tour or transfer reservation, you may file a complaint within 1 month from date of service. A written documentation must be sent to our customer service team by email / feedback form on website and this would be forwarded to the tour operator for investigation. Complaints received beyond the deadline can no longer be entertained and will not be eligible to any refund. Any booking made with NetworkTours, will be governed by and subject to the Terms & Conditions as above. No variation to these Terms and Conditions shall be of any effect unless made in writing by and with the authority of Network.

Network is committed to improve the Tours packages for the benefit of clients continuously. Hence Network reserves the right to change its content and price packages without notice at any time in future.
